Known for its acrobatic hunting behavior, it spins through schools of fish to catch prey. Spinner sharks have a slender body, a pointed snout, and can grow up to 9 feet long. They are often seen in shallow waters and are known for their impressive leaps out of the water when hooked by anglers. Though not typically dangerous to humans, they are sometimes caught in fisheries, raising concerns about their conservation status.
