Wright Flyer Rigged is a three-dimensional model of Wright Flyer, recognized as Kitty Hawk or Flyer I, which was made the first sustained flight by a manned heavier-than-air powered and controlled airplane.
Crafted by Orville and Wilbur Wright, this famous aircraft made history on December 17, 1903, by executing the world's first sustained flight by a manned, powered, and controlled heavier-than-air aircraft. The event, held in Kitty Hawk, North Carolina, heralded the onset of a new era in aviation exploration. The aircraft was a single-place biplane which was designed with anhedral (drooping) wings, front elevator (a canard) and rear rudder.
