Trepang Brown Rigged is a three-dimensional model of sea cucumber (trepang, namako, gamat, balate, sea slug, beche-de-mer or holothurian) that is a type echinoderms animal from the class Holothuroidea, and that is a marine animal with a leathery skin and an elongated body containing a single, branched gonad, and that is found on the sea floor worldwide.
Holothurians, or sea cucumbers, are marine invertebrates commonly called trepang or beche-de-mer. They have soft, elongated bodies covered with leathery skin, inhabiting ocean floors from shallow coastal areas to deep-sea regions. These animals filter feed on detritus, playing a vital role in nutrient cycling. Dried sea cucumbers are highly valued in traditional Asian cuisine and are believed to have health-enhancing properties.
