The International MaxxPro MPV/MRAP is an armored fighting vehicle designed by Navistar International's subsidiary International Military and Government LLC along with the Israeli Plasan Sasa, who designed and manufactures the vehicle's armor. The MaxxPro is based on the Navistar International Model 7000 truck chassis. The vehicle was designed to take part in the US Military's Mine Resistant Ambush Protected vehicle program, led by the US Marine Corps, as well as a similar Army-led program, the Medium Mine Protected Vehicle.
