Submarine Rescue Chamber is a 3d model of device for rescuing submariners from a submarine that is unable to surface.
The main Rescue System is used to recover the crew from the stricken submarine. A free-swimming Submarine Rescue Vehicle (SRV) is able to dive as deep as 610m, locate, and mate with the distressed submarine. Following pressure equalization, up to 15 rescuees can be transferred into the rescue vehicle including patients on stretchers, before the SRV returns to the surface. The chamber works by mating with a submarine's escape hatch. The lower compartment of the chamber is cleared of water by blowing it into the chamber's ballast tanks.
